Front Cover Detached - Mesh Pocket

Hi. I have had a couple of the mesh pocket devices for a number of months. However, on one of them the front faceplate has detached from the body. I see that it originally was held in place by a couple of sticky pads. Which have no lost their stickiness.
Any suggestions with how to re - attach specifically which kind of sticky pads and or what to use to remove the original pads?

I’d try using double sided 3M “tissue tape” like this to reattach it. I’ve had success using this tape to reattach many things that fall off of electronics devices (e.g. rubber feet, faceplates, screw hole covers, RFID PCB antenna to plastic cases, etc…)
