For the CubeCell Module, which pins can act as interrupt?

Just that, which GPIO pins can I use as interrupt pins.
Is there documentation out there about the possible settings of GPIOs? Pull up, pull down, rising/falling interrupts etc.

We have not released a document about this yet.

All GPIOs can be used as an interrupt pin. But it is better not to use GPIO0.
