Fatal Error ocurred

Does anyone know how to resolve this error? My card presented this error when I upload a sketch.

A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header

hi,

We have some solutions for you. Maybe you can try.

  1. Could you check your USB connect? (or change a new USB line)
  2. Enter the bootloader mode.

How does one enter the boot loader mode? I am facing a similar problem, I have tried holding down the PRG button during uploading but still, it gives me the error.
