Dear Community Members and Heltec Support Team,
I’m reaching out for help with a licensing issue affecting two Heltec LoRa ESP32 V2 devices that I’m currently unable to activate.
While testing my application, both boards fail to run correctly due to a license validation error. On every startup, the Serial Monitor displays a message indicating that a valid license is required.
I followed the licensing instructions provided on the Heltec website, but unfortunately I haven’t been able to generate or activate a license for either device. I also came across a community post suggesting that I may need to search for or contact @ashley regarding license activation, but I’m not sure if that is still the correct process.
At the moment, this licensing issue is blocking further development, so I would greatly appreciate any guidance from the community or official Heltec support on how to properly activate these devices or who I should contact next.
