Just received my Vision Master E290 and it was dead on arrival. The FPC cable connecting the e-ink panel has a visible break right at the display end.
Packaging was intact so the damage is either from manufacturing or happened during assembly. Contacted Heltec support and sent photos – waiting for a reply.
Anyone else had this problem?
