Downlink (from TTN) is not confirmed by CubeCell AB01

Hello

thank you for the admission in the Heltec-Forum.
I’m using example"LoRaWan" with the “downLinkDataHandle” on the CubeCell AB01 (OTAA, Region EU868, Class A). I recognised, that if I send an downlink via TTN withoud “confirmed” then the data sending works fine. But if I send the donlink with the activated check box for “confirmed” the data is sent repeatedly by TTN. So I assume, that the CubeCell AB01 is not sending correctly the confirmation. Is it a bug in the Heltec-Software or do I need to make a certain configuration for confirmed dowlink to the AB01?
I need the confirmed downlink working correctly.
