DEPG0290BxS75AF (IL3820) partial update

Please tell me how to set up a partial update of the screen on the DEPG0290BNS75AF0 display (IL3820 chip), the command codes given in the description on the display do not work, the update is always complete with filling the screen with black and white.

We have updated the partial refresh code for 2.9.

Hello,
i have latest Heltec ESP32 Dev-Board, 2.1.5 and i dont see partial refresh code for Vision Master E290. Can you show me please the code ? When i look on weather_station example, i see part refresh in comment, but in code is only full clear of display and buffer.
