Hello, help me please. The miner worked for a year, I was suddenly blacklisted https://www.crowdspot.io/
I filed an appeal, waited almost 2 months and my complaint was rejected. My miner worked honestly and is now permanently blocked.

Can I reflash a new account?

Helium hotspots are identified by ECC chip inside.
There is no way to reflash it to “new account”.
