CubeCell Board stops charging

One of my CubeCell Boards stopped charging the battery, whether from USB or solar. The orange light still comes on when external power is provided. Anyone had similar experience?

ok, thanks. What does it mean? Is the TP4054 bad?

i mean that, if you powed the 5V, the LED will be light.

Hi JasonXu.
I am getting the led on when I connect a battery. It seems like the battery is not good. But how could it be possible? I would think that the TP4054 is wrong as I got 0V lecture from battery level when battery is not connected. (instead of ~4.2V)
I just realized that the orange led is slightly on and it goes brighter when the battery is connected.
I am using VIN pin for energized the board.
