Can't find ASR6502 RAM specs. HTCC-AB02A

Hi, I just received an HTCC-AB02A to test for an IoT product. I can’t find any specs on the ASR6502 for RAM, ROM, SRAM, etc. for the ASR6502. Where can I find this?
