Cant configurate my antenna

Hello guys,

I have got a new Heltec indoor Hotspot but only problems configurate it.

Now my problem is, that my heigh is 0m and that I only have 1,2 dBi.
I tried a few times to update my antenna but each time appears an other error.

What can I do to configurate my correctly heigh and dBi?
