As some people are aware, Meshtastic puts the devices in deepsleep mode when you press the user button for 6 seconds, to wake it from deepsleep mode, you would usually use the User button so it wakes. But with the T114, the user button does not wake the device, it instead puts the device in bootloader mode and the only way to get Meshtastic to boot up again is to press the reset button, this might be due to the custom bootloader pre-installed on the boards. Hope there is a way to fix this in the near future.
