How about sending online orders to people quicker who also ordered offline. Some of us have to wait for our money to be returned before we can pay by PayPal. By the time we get our refund the online orders should be ready anyway.

Not only did you not take my suggestion but you resold the miners out from under people. You may get away with bad business practices now but it will come back and haunt you one day.
If you pay via PayPal while waiting for refund, you still enjoy the delivery time of online orders. As some orders on the official website were not paid, we cancelled their orders and notified them by email. After some orders are cancelled, the quantity in these orders will be added to the inventory.
