I don’t know if this forum is monitored by Heltec support team members, but here is my question/request.
Is there any chance to include the Wireless Stick Lite V3 in the PlatformIO list of supported boards?
This environment together with VSCode provides more features than Arduino, but the list of supported boards is quite reduced:
- WiFi Kit 32 (V1, V2 and V3)
- WiFi LoRa 32 (V1, V2 and V3)
- Wireless Stick
- Wireless Stick Lite
I have tried configuring as WiFi LoRa 32 V3, as per this post, but it throws a lot of compilation errors: Wireless stick lite v3 and Platformio
Also, the Heltec_ESP32 library is based on Espressif framework v3.0.2 (quite old now, currently at v6.1) which lacks many functions, but that’s part of a different discussion.
