A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header

Hello,

I purchased from amazon MakerHawk ESP32 Development Board with 0.49 Inch OLED Display Compatibility with Lora WiFi Bluetooth BLE Arduino, 240MHz SX1276 LoRaWAN 64M-bits Flash with Antenna 868 / 915MHZ. the first time testing worked but after uploading my sketch for air sensor sds011 I cannot upload revised version or factory test or anything for that matter. I have the baudrate to 115200 and the correct board selected… I can use the same cable and port to upload the my other esp32 dev kit as well. Please advise how to fix or have replaced. Thanks

You can press the PRG button during the download process,and try again.

have tried that but same result unfortunately. wont connect still reports timed out
