@Sivaelid, thanks for your input. In 2015 I did a project for Canada Post which needed Li-Ion batteries. I remember getting them from the US. It appears there is a UN or IEC certification which manufacturers could certify their products to. This time around I found these guys who claim they could supply based on certification. I have contacted them and am waiting to hear back from them
How are you handling designs or products based on the CubeCell capsules: great concept but somehow impractical. I can see some interesting deployment issues - mounting these; hang them by a rope? (lol)
