Heltec v3 infinite loop (SPI_FAST_FLASH_BOOT)

Im using Heltec v3 with arduino 2.0.2 and board 0.0.7 I was able to compile and upload, however when I open serial I see this loop (see picture attached)

Try downloading the example of chipID.
